Small dividend IMO would be good for many reasons.

Holders get them, usually sends a positive signal that a company is willing to pay them in the future.

Anyone that lends out money to shorters would have to cough up the $$$ for the dividends on the shares they lent out which may actually be more than their fee.

Might actually make people think twice before lending shares if they could be caught paying dividends.

At these prices... I'm sure a few people would be happy to re-invest in GXY.
