this is how I was also thinking until we hit about $2.50. 
but now this is not just a simple slump in SP or a correction where there will be no real impact. 
we are now so low that the directors have put us into a position where a $2.50 take over offer would have a decent chance of going through. 


The SP and the dog sheet sentiment that they have allowed to happen has us now in a very weak position.  We are now the ones over a barrel in negotiating SDV and instead of looking forward to the announcement I am now cringing at what is next.
