BNB babcock & brown limited

what is being insolvent mean

How will Babcock now maintain its capital and how on earth will it be able to pay its creditors unless banks decide to act favourably with an institutional client with an horrific track record of losing its shareholders wealth?

Why are banks allowed to risk depositors money in protecting institutional borrowers with a demonstrated track record of incompetence?

Can babacock and Brown pay off all its creditors if a demand was made by all of its creditors on it today?

Why is the company so silent about its past, its present and its future?

Is this a case of the failure being potentially too great for the market to bear after MFS and others in similar businesses?
