what is being insolvent mean, page-4

The banks have made their decision; there is no threat to the corporate facility. Upcoming asset sales predictions look fantastic (Wind EU see FIN) for capital recycling program. Imagine what the smartest guys in the room can do in this market with even more cash. I bet they are looking at some amazing opportunities right now. You need to think long term with BNB. This is the buying opportunity of a lifetime.

The company is still making an amazing amount of money, I can’t recall reading any profit downgrades!

I doubt BHP could pay all its creditors and relinquish all its debt if the demand was made today. Could you pay off your house if the bank demanded it today? If not, does that you make insolvent?

BNB have been up front, I am not sure what you are referring to in regards to this apparent silence, but as for the future plans, would you expect them to blab out to their competitors.

You need to remember, around 40% of the company is owned by employees. I would much rather be backing BNB with such a high self interest in success, than any other financial.

There is no conspiracy, they own almost half the company!
