its so painful to watch , on the positive side i have learned some costly lessons.
1: invest in companies were the management have skin in the game.
2: don't invest in companies were the staff cost is higher than the revenue.
3.when the management/ CEO sells be wary.
4. Dont rush to average down when there is serious negative sentiment, you can always average up.
