Any Business Valuation is dependant on assumptions. Two Strategy experts
in the same company sitting on the same table can come up with different
valuations.
For instance - the assets that BNB holds, what is the sale value ? NPV
method of valuation assumes discounting at a % rate. It assumes the cash
flows, it assumes disposable values......so its cricital to be fair.
Assets sold under a going concern will yeild more than distressed sale.
Not that BNB is not a going concern..but I want to highlight that its
pretty pointless to argue on HC about each others valuations....
