If you held the shares prior to TH then you will be the recorded holder and receive the entitlement.
If if you sold yesterday, because the settlement (you receive the funds) will not happen until monday you are still the recorded holder.
The record date is important for any potential off market sales say on Wednesday prior to the TH lifting but not on market, such as instos selling to each other etc to make sure their paperwork is up to date and new owner will be recorded to receive the SPP rights.
