You do seem very confused, but I don’t know why. They’re quite clear on their aim to mine Nickel in Vietnam. It’s written everywhere, read some quarterly activity announcements and you’ll get a better understanding of the direction and what’s important (hint: it’s Nickel, in Vietnam).
As for spinning of their gold and cobalt assets, I don’t understand why that would signal a lack of conviction. If anything, it says “Our focus is on Nickel in Vietnam, so we’re spinning out our gold and cobalt”
