Yep I certainly was and am confused, my mistake: they didn't spin-off the 'Gold Bridge' project, they spun-off Silver Swan South into Codrus CDR in Jan2021.
They bought into a Nickel project in Canada. Ok, so gold is gone but not really, the website still gives equal weight to 'Gold Bridge' bizarrely.
My point is there is no consistent corporate alignment in their stated aims, website/branding, management and their actions and announcements ... likely contributor to their consistent underperformance in the sector
