    If it means gsk fork out 100 million on the legal challenge, a takeover of 350 million withdraw all claims, so for 250 million gsk end up with a possible 50 plus million a year additional income stream, pay for bta in 5 years flat , no legal probs, revenue growth and lani ++++ tell me I am talking cr*p. K.G.
