    Hi david, yes you're kinda right, it's the bill rate + 3.9% regardless of bill rate, and based on $100.

    Ie as per today's announcement, 3.5467 + 3.9 = 7.4467%, or $1.86 for the quarter. Which based on today's closing price of $73.75 = 10%.


    Last quarter it was 8.3133%
