Croupier...This "Japan bashing" by the Chinese , as you characterise it, goes back, it has it's roots, a long way back....If you care to read a bit of history you will find out that China had never in its 4,000 year history (written history that is) attacked or even provoked Japan. It was always the other way around. The belligerent Japanese of the past had many a time invaded (and conquered) China and Korea. The latest was just before world war II, when they (Japanese) perpetrated unparalleled in theie inhumanity atrocities against the hapless Chinese. It is this part of recent history that led the Chinese to violently protest against the Japanese....Why now? Well.....Once again it's the Japanese who provoked Beijing with their distortion of historical truths when they re-wrote the school books of that pre-world warII period.... In addition, rubbing salt into old wounds as it were, they are (Japan) now trying to gain a permanent seat in the UN Security Council.....Not to mention of-course the Eastern China Island territorial dispute between the two countries that erupted also lately......
