If Grimaldi wants to stay living in Australia and if he has family here its not simple to keep proceeds hidden.
He can choose to go bankrupt which comes with all sorts of restrictions. Could flee overseas but that means leaving extedned family and friends behind.
These guys dont give up which is what MMX learnt I think the hard way. MMX could have left the CHM distraction a long time ago but thats another story.
If Grimaldi is so smart I think in the end he will write a cheque just to get rid of these guys who will chase for years I think if necessary.
