Yes, thankyou to both Puntman and Gardie - both possible outcomes - let's say the Grimaldi settlement is zero or a 'decent' figure such as 15m versus the hassle of continuing court proceedings. I also think its unlikely that CHM will ever get the full $50m.
Therefore that puts an estimate on CHM post the MMX payout of 5.2c to 8.3c plus a possible couple of cents for the rest of CHM's assets.
