I think Grimaldi is clever enough to know not to screw with the ATO, and clever enough to know how to screw with CHM.
So discounting that payment completely, I'm take a punt that this will trade at and hold cash backing starting from the date of the MMX shareholders meeting to approve the deal.
I.e. ~ 5.2c per share
