What Is Coming Next?

Novomatic has failed in its bid to acquire shares at $1.00 under the scheme. In an act of desperation it is seeking to purchase shares on-market and off-market under an alternative takeover bid for $1.00, a discount to the last traded price. For the reasons outlined in previous posts, shareholders should also reject this offer.

Novomatic can't legally raise its "full and final" offer price over a $1.00 for the next four months, by which time minority shareholders and outside observers will hopefully be far better appraised of the goings on within Ainsworth Game Technology.

We have many whistleblowers approaching us from within the company and outside the company. From people on the frontline to people remarkably close to the top. Their factual reports will be made public.

AGT and Novomatic are still seeking to rely upon an Independent Expert Report which in my opinion is deeply flawed and at the very least not fair to minority shareholders. It is very concerning that shareholders might rely on the report to make informed decisions.

If i were Mr Gladstone and Mr Campbell, I would be readying for departure. Their time is up. The directors have been served legal notices this week and the notices will be made public. The time for not protecting minority shareholders interests is up.

We will be taking legal action if the company does not immediately restore dividends. The refusal to pay dividends amounts to shareholder oppression. The ongoing oppression of AGT's minority shareholders will end.

Further Oppression and Class actions are in preparation.

The company has very good prospects for the future. When the Oppression of Minority Shareholders interests' ends, the company's share price will reflect these good prospects.

Novomatic might consider whether it would be better to be selling a portion of its holding now rather than buying more shares. It might be the best offer it gets for a while!
