In my experience clinics that offer acupuncture on bulk billing are pure quacks. After completing his medical degree the certified doctor completes a four week course in acupuncture and then offers bulk billing for acupuncture.
As to your official double blind "debunking" study for kinesiology, I have no reason to read it, as I have already had my own double blind experience with this method of diagnosis and treatment.
