CVI will hold 12% of Pensador which holds US$1.2B in cash. Pretty simple $#@! = 0.12 x $1.2B = US$144m = AUD$151m.
Market Cap of CVI fully diluted = AUD$80.2m (15c sp)
Well under cooked on Cash alone. The masses have very little faith that this can be pulled off obviously.
