My 2 cents worth:
- DDR are in technology, which is not going away...
- Their SP has grown over the years, although hit during Oct/Nov
- They pay a consistent quarterly dividend
- Top 2 SH own 70%, maybe not so good (but allows the MD to not draw a wage and live)
- From the outside looking in, looks a well run company.
