When you waive a debt repayment you are not in default or in breach of your obligations
So in answer to your comments they have delayed payment with the lenders permission. There must be a good reason why the lender accepted there situation because trust me lenders are usually not so understanding when we are talking large amounts of money.
I'm pleased you welcome all comments. Everyone is where they are in time.
Personally I bought before I did my dd and I rave some regrets but we all have to live with our decisions.
But you either got to hold or fold
I still think that this theatre has a few more twists and it might be worth the hold. Just my opinion of course.
