Technically, if DML makes the payment by tomorrow afternoon then they are actually not obligated to make an announcement because they have already provided sufficient details to the market regarding their payment obligations.

What is really more important is how any payment would have been funded. That is, was it from improved operations or robbing Peter to pay Paul.

Improved operations - will have a positive impact;

Robbing Peter to pay Paul - this has implications for cash flow for operations if working capital has been depleted and operations have not improved. This will provide no reprieve from financiers, and instead may speed up the down hill fall.

This will only be known from the quarterly report, which you would hope that management are showing a bit more respect to shareholders and release tomorrow.
