I have just written to the sender of the letter asking to be contacted. I would like to know what his or her interest in the matter is and any links they may have to Dr Gray.

If I find out anything useful I will post it.

I too am concerned that if Dr Gray regains Board control SRX may never see the $5m aprox in legal expenses owed.

I would be interested to hear from someone who has the latest share holder numbers as to whether a vote from a small shareholder can make a difference. I am guessing that HH and Dr Gray's votes cancel out to leave about 30% of the remaining shares to decide the matter.
