I agree Ollie. Nothing has changed in the fundamentals, in fact the recent aquisition further cements GEM's dominance in the childcare landscape in Australia. I think that the share was always priced for future growth - on which it will CERTAINLY deliver; however, in 'red September' it teetered a little given that fact. Then the cap raise brought sp down to $4.90 level. Then there has been some awareness around cost of goodwill, and GEM was one of the companies singled out. I think it's just followed from there, but stil think its rock solid in terms of future performance and nothing has changed. I also wonder if there isnt some bigger play behind this all. I think the share is great value at this level if one has a medium to long term outlook.
All my opinion only.
