Is it just the rumours of the capital raising driving this or is this a real gain to sustainable levels? (if so, why?) The gains since the 1st July have been nice and steady but the last couple of days have me concerned that it will crash back down like after the 15th June high unless an announcement is made, although it's hard to see it dropping back below 40c.
You can imagine that some profit-taking might slow this down but it hasn't so far. Other REIT's are not faring quite as well. Are there big buyers getting into GMG again perhaps?
