Under the principal terms of the agreement to acquire Namibia Tranche 2 of the payment states that if the holding is more than 19.9% of the company DYL must pay in cash the $11mil ( placed in escrow for 2 years). Not sure if I'm relaying this correctly or if this is even the reason ...
