Also - Coldry is a PROVEN ( not just from the lab - but remember the Chinese "end user" who visited Vic in Jan ? - he obviously said he can burn it - so gave the go ahead for Tincom ) fuel for existing black coal boilers/shandy for existing brown coal boilers - the scenario you are mensioning is the LV situation where BOTH boilers/fuel need to be replaced. Its all heading in the right direction - allow time and double it.
