Definitely a first world problem.
I suspect the answer is as you suggest .... cop it on the chin and pay the CGT, be happy for what you have accumulated which I certainly am and soldier on.
My point is I have a min SP in mind to exit. I plan at this stage to hold for years and just let CRO grow.
This will be the mental side of investing.
