Just wondering if there’s any precedent for a company suing a top shareholder, for having a critical view of the way the company was managed, or their past strategic directions?
Sounds like positive feedback to me, and a form of free speech.
Incidentally, posters should investigate what defamation actually is, before making childlike assertions.
