I think the interesting part of the CR is the timing.
With enough cash to take on the cobalt project and complete a basic drilling program with the funds at hand they would have waited for the SP to increase before completing a CR.
These are just my thoughts and ramblings, but looking forward to the ann tomorrow.
At least we will get a clear answer and direction for the company.
