    The convertion (if converted in full at the current SP) roughly values the share at 10-15c.
    But considering the remain $4B to be extended for another 3 years you should add more value on top of that (by how much i don't know).
    At the current market condition 3 years extension for such a hugh amount of debt...not bad!
