    This is the million dollar question.

    The pre Credit Crunch years saw CNP at the $10 mark.

    Factoring the risk of admin brought the share price down to 5 cents.

    After Stabilisation plan, 5 cents should be an absolute joke. Even after dilution and without distributions it should be way more than this.

    How much more is beyond me and many others on this forum. I'd imagine even Centro management would find this task to be formidable. They said that this is the "best outcome for our shareholders". How to quantify that statement is going to be the market's challenge going forward.

    On the bright side, CNP is going to live for many many years (at least 3) to come. The banks are going to make sure of that fact. Because now they are in the same boat we are in. I'm not really happy about sailing around with a bunch of bankers but hey, it beats floating around in a dingy/lifejacket.

    Well done GR and team.... This truly is a testament to the management and the value in Centro's management fee generating assets (intangible in nature but absolutely crucial in essence).
