    If Utilco was the Big seller ..yesterday ..and Utilco was a drag on the SP for last 2 years .

    with Utilco out .. the drag brake on Sp is now off ..right ?

    so TSN can be valued on its merits now...and not on Utilco exit strategy.

    no Utilco in TSN = Sp free to move up to fair Value .

    What is Fair Value for TSN ??
