    i would say comparable companies to TSI trade at say 100m MC. We have 25% so 25m MC. + upside of a complementary acquisition & 2m cash = another 5m in EV. so lets say 30m. and this is the base case conservative IMO - so 1.5c to 2c as it stands today. Upside is 8c+ IMO
