On the other hand, P1 is a separate entity GCN is in a JV with - so not a related party in that sense with separate management etc. Also, the last update regarding arrangements with a share registry and timelines indicate shares will be allocated. Could they allocate unlisted shares with no possibility of being able to trade them ever? I guess tipsheets hold sway over some investors but the Speculator is more mainstream in a way and he has GCN on his watch for atleast a year if not more now.
