So you're telling me that if I use $10,000 to buy 500k units of GCN today, I'll get $22,500 worth of P1 shares come October for FREE?

If something sounds too good to be true in the sharemarket, it probably is...

There has to be something wrong with either your interpretation of the deal of your valuation of each P1 share/ratio of GCN/P1. Otherwise the market would've factored it into the SP already.
