You are mostly correct except for Amazon - it wont be offered through AWS it will be part of the Amazon Flex app end of storey.

Amazon Flex is their Uber style delivery service which Amazon are discretely rolling out in the background with out much commotion as they dont want to upset their existing delivery partners like Fedex and UPS.

CBA is offered through the Albert POS terminal and NA Williams staff who are entrenched in each of their customers business's (just like normal staff that work inside the organisation) will roll this out to their customers over the next 15 months or so.
