Agree, the company is well run.
Even if the forward PE 2024 is 22 and Div 1.5%. SP Still too high IMO
I was watching Jim Bianco (Bianco research US) talking about interest rates for 2024. He believes US 10 yr Bond could go back to 5-5.5% which will be a handbrake for US and Australian equities
