One needs to seriously pay attention to the preceding verses and how Yahweh is being referenced etc.
Heb 1:10 is not in ref to Jesus.
To separated the confusion on the Lord Matter, this verse should have used LORD and not Lord as in Jesus.

"When Elyon gave the nations as an inheritance, when he separated the sons of man,
he set the boundaries of the peoples according to the number of the sons of God.
For Yahweh's portion was his people; Jacob was the lot of his inheritance". Deuteronomy 32.8-9.
