The verses you quoted, from what I am seeing and as shown, is only speaking of One God, the Most High God.
So,......I am not seeing how this verse is a remnant of earlier followings as you say.
Hence or if so, it's not showing a broader history as your claiming.
If I am missing something in these two verses you quoted, then by all means, explain, elaborate.
The verse I quoted has the same God, Yahweh as the verses you quoted and this God, alone according to the Isa 44:24, created alone as in the lone, hands on creator.
