Again, it doesn't matter how it looks to you or what you believe it to be....it is the history of religious belief in that region that defines the meaning. History tells us that polytheism was normal in the region, that the tribe of Israel borrowed from surrounding cultures and religions and adapted them for their own needs.
Research the history of the region, the Jews borrowed and adapted not not only Yahweh from surrounding cultures but Adam and Eve, the Flood and other stories. It's all there to be found, if only you had the will to look.
