At the time of the OT passages, Yehowah alone was the only saviour.
However, we have many verses showing us, that this was always going to be fulfilled through a Future one.
We see in the NT, God sent his Son (God's plan) to be the saviour of the world.
Hence in truth, we now see in the NT, this change -> This now is the eternal life = knowing both God and Jesus = 2 are our joint saviours.
There are a number of NT verses, also referring to God as our saviour, independent of Jesus.
To quote your 1 Tim - 1:1 - Paul, an apostle of Jesus Christ, by the commandment of God our Savior and the Lord Jesus Christ, our hope,
(2 Individuals are being ref here and only God is ref as the saviour, in this verse, it is through the Son that God now saves).
1 Tim 2:3 - This is good and pleasing in the sight of God our Savior,
Jesus identifies the God here at the time he was here, as the ONLY TRUE God = the Father Yehowah of Yehowshuwa.
We now have - The Word (Father) and The Word of God (Son).
(Sung (names) "as of a new song" -> not new, just lost or stolen Rev ch 14, 2 seals = names in their foreheads?).
You could say, the Son's name represents, means, the exploded view of The Word.
OR, the God and Father has given the Son or bestowed upon him, greater things, as a Father would do.
Hence no other name under heaven, to which you are to be saved, born again 1 Peter 1:23 = The word of God, the incorruptible.
A name above all names, by inheritance.
So the name has to come from somewhere = The Word to the inheritance -> The Word of God, encapsulating everything, re of the word of God, messages etc.

The no other God,...... I will come back to you on that one, as the OT clearly speaks of a change in things, going forward, which you lot toss aside.
After the cross, exalted, glorified and now ruling for the Father and his representative until death no more, where he then hands over the Kingdom to the God and Father and is then subject to the God and Father who put all things under him, he now has a tile for this and is referenced as an only Begotten God = they once were not the begotten subject = when he was here.
