    I don't think your average investor is clever enough to deduce all that from today's announcement. My thinking is that there are quite a number of traders who can now see that RAUs rapid movements may be over for a while.

    There will definitely have to be a raising for Mt Carbine. I would have thought everyone knew this. I'd hope that it's a fair bit higher than 10-11c.
