The Morgan Stanley notice shows that they may have shorted on previous occasions and this capped the LYC price - I suppose they then bought up.
Its the way of the world, but to me it will always stink.
Will be interesting to see how much was shorted today - but in any case the volumes were low.
I've put a buy on LYC because IMO at these prices it's good value for LT holders...
