Thus far today, it looks like the market is not expecting the TOL go-ahead in the press briefing just after the market close today. I think they are wrong! There is not one shred of evidence/development that would suggest the 2 new conditions were not adequately dealt with by the company. And from the PM to the minister responsible to the PSC, all praise LAMP and its safety. It is difficult to imagine the AELB now reversing their 2 February approval they already gave prior to the suite by 3 protesters, which was thrown out. And now there even are two additional safeguards that have been added! What am I missing????????
