The TOL will be issued - my only concern is if today turns out to be an 'information session' and they will say they will decide on the license 'soon'. That will give shorters another excuse to decimate the share price.
Maybe they need more than 1 week to review the new conditions?
They definitely won't reverse the approval - but they may use today's media briefing as an excuse to delay the matter another week or so.
Wish I knew.
