all I can say is this is exactly what they would do if they knew for certain the TOL would be issued by tomorrow. The cost involved to hit the last final stop losses in one giant raid before anyone could figure out what was going on is significant. Amazing to watch them do it. I can't really believe they know one way or the other, but can't see another explanation. Would they do this on a hunch AELB would either delay or issue TOL? Doubt it. Would they do it if they knew for certain of a delay? Actually they would be better off pumping on speculation and dumping Friday...
