Would imagine it was pre arranged, Perpetual held approx. 12% going way way back and have been reducing.
Uncertain whether they want completely out or just want to reduce holding.
There are very few other sources of 2.4% of issued capital.
Guess we just wait for the change in substantial notice.
In May they went from 12.32% to 9.85% so now may be down to 7.5%
One can only hope that this remaining 7.5m share block is either held or removed in prearranged crossing too.
