This take over has got to be one of the stranger ones I can remember. Crosby offers 81 cents, then as far as I am aware has not sent a formal offer to OPL shareholders. The on market price never reaches the 81 cents, making me wonder why peple would sell unless they realy have to (admittedly not a large margin, but if you hold enough, more that the brokerage cost to sell). Then a hedge fund buys up a large stake, based on the fact that they can make 2 cents per share. Bizarre. Should we be holding out in case this hedge fund shows it's hand or contact Crosby and ask when it is they actually intend to buy this Company?
