My position on Rewardle's data is that it is not as valuable as it could be. They have never rolled out a digital payments platform - which would have been key to categorizing customers, allowing an easier rewards system and making an early mover position. I think Afterpay, Zip pay and Paypal have filled this niche in a way Rewardle could have.
As an advertiser if I wanted strong customer data for segments outside of just Cafes users - I would go to the likes of Equifax or a Credit Card company not Rewardle.
