My position on Rewardle's data is that it is not as valuable as it could be. They have never rolled out a digital payments platform - which would have been key to categorizing customers, allowing an easier rewards system and making an early mover position. I think Afterpay, Zip pay and Paypal have filled this niche in a way Rewardle could have. As an advertiser if I wanted strong customer data for segments outside of just Cafes users - I would go to the likes of Equifax or a Credit Card company not Rewardle.

Thanks for sharing your thoughts @Mutte22. I wonder in which world the MGT and Board is living. What is is the point of keeping this business as a Public Company. No Vision, No Direction and No short term/ long term goals. Company desperately needs experienced CEO and fresh brains in the Board.
